Le Temple de Mazel is a luxury new villa made out of dimension stone and provided with all possible modern facilities. The villa has an habitable surface of 200m² arranged as follow: On the ground level, you will find a country-style, fuly-equipped kitchen with dining table, living room with satellite tv (TV Vlaanderen), dolby surroundsystem and desk, a laundry (2 washers and dryer), a bedroom with double bed (180×200), a bathroom (retro-style bathtub and double sink), seperate toilet. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with double bed (180×200) ans ensuite bathroom (Italian walk-in rain shower, double sink), a bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200), a bathroom (Italian walk-in shower, double dink) and a seperate toilet. All beds are comfortable boxsprings. There is automatic air conditioning in every room.

Outside

The is villa is situated on a 1800m² walled ground, with lawn, so the kids can enjoy themselves, play football, … The pool (12mx4m), is heatable on request (extra charge) and is secured with an electronic alarmsystem. The pool has a shallow area, ideal for littke kids. Alongside the pool 8 comfortable sunbeds and 2 parasols are at your disposition. There is a beautiful lounge terrace and a completely covered second terrace equipped with barbecue, plancha and large dining table. Ideal to enjoy your meal, with a magnificient view over the vineyards and the pool. 1-car garage and additional parking space outside are available.
